Ellen was amazing and took care of us from start to finish in every way. The property was in immaculate condition, the location was ideal, and Ellen did a wonderful job fielding questions and making sure we were well cared for throughout our stay (having bikes reserved for each of us, helping to direct us to points of interest within Palmetto Bluff, accommodating special requests, etc). Highly recommend Palmetto Bluff as a great destination to unplug and relax on the coast and specifically working with Ellen.
