Description
With its close proximity to the Wilson Village Chapel, this property is ideal for bridal parties and wedding guests. And the open floor plan makes entertaining a snap! Since Wilson Village Square is a hop, skip, and jump from the home, families can pop over to Recreation for kayaks or fishing poles, and kids love the nightly s’more in the Wilson Village Square!
The bright and well-appointed kitchen has just been remodeled and offers a fresh, clean design. While the kitchen is equipped for the gourmet chef, there is also a brand-new gas grill for the outdoor barbecue enthusiast. New dining table has seating for 6, while the kitchen island offers additional seating for 3. Relax in the great room with gas fireplace. Or sit back and enjoy the fine art of “porching” … aka: sitting on the front or back porch drinking in the Lowcountry ambiance (cold beverage is optional, but highly recommended!) There is also a convenient half bath on the main level.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own ensuite full bathroom. The master bedroom has king bed, junior master offers queen bed, and third bedroom features comfy twin daybed. Upstairs is a large den with seating area to watch TV. On either side of the room is a double bed with privacy curtain. There is also a spacious private bathroom.

Our guests have access to the following amenities:
• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where your Property Manager/personal Concierge can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts on your behalf. You also have the option of playing croquet, basketball and bocce ball.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Canoe Club, Cole's, River House, and Octagon.
• Access to any on-property food trucks.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Buzz Coffee Shop, Hush Speakeasy, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.
AS OF JUNE 16TH, 2023 GUESTS HAVE OPTIONAL ACCESS TO THE CANOE CLUB FAMILY POOL AND FITNESS CENTER and THE MORELAND POOL AND FITNESS CENTER at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.)
