Located just steps from the Moreland bike trail, this family-friendly home offers 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a huge screened in porch, and a beautiful indoor entertaining space. This home comes with 6 complimentary adult bicycles, as well as the option to rent the owners' 6-seat golf cart for $100/day!

The first-floor of this home features an open-concept kitchen and dining area, highlighted by a large, well-appointed kitchen with island and 4 barstools, dining table with seating for 6, and comfortable living area with seating around a gas fireplace and television. What a perfect setting for sharing stories around the fire with a glass of wine, or watching the game on the big screen! Enjoy the HUGE screened in porch, complete with a gas grill, dining table that seats 6, and a cozy seating area around the outdoor television. The porch also features a built-in Sonos sound system, allowing guests to easily connect and play music with the Sonos app. Use the 6 included complimentary bicycles to explore the natural beauty of Palmetto Bluff!  This house also features a bonus sitting room - great for relaxing or getting lost in a good book!

Each of the four bedrooms in the house is equipped with a Roku-powered television, allowing guests easy access to all of their favorite apps! The master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite bathroom is located on the first floor, and boasts access to the screened in porch, a large closet, and a modern, subway-tiled shower with bench. A second bedroom, also located on the first-floor, features a queen-sized bed, large closet, and access to a shared bathroom with shower. The junior-master suite is located on the second floor, and includes a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet. There's a full bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double vanity located just across the hallway. The 4th bedroom, also located on the second-floor, is perfect for for the kids! It includes a built-in bunk bed with a lower-level full-sized bed, and a twin-sized bunk above. On the other side of the room is a twin bed with pull-out trundle, and bonus toddler bed. This room also features two large closets and a offers a Pack-N-Play.
 

Our guests have access to the following amenities:
• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where your Property Manager/personal Concierge can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts on your behalf. You also have the option of playing croquet, basketball and bocce ball.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Canoe Club, Cole's, River House, and Octagon.
• Access to any on-property food trucks.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Buzz Coffee Shop, Hush Speakeasy, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.

AS OF JUNE 16TH, 2023 GUESTS HAVE OPTIONAL ACCESS TO THE CANOE CLUB FAMILY POOL AND FITNESS CENTER and THE MORELAND POOL AND FITNESS CENTER at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.)
