All new reservations as of April 8th, 2022 are now subject to new restrictions put in place by the new ownership of Palmetto Bluff.  These changes include the following:

-You will not have access to any of the Palmetto Bluff pools or fitness centers.

-You will have access to Octagon, Riverhouse, and Buffalos Restaurants, however these restaurants will not be accepting reservations.  All dining within Palmetto Bluff will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

-You will no longer have access to Canoe Club Restaurant.

-You will not have access to golf cart rentals.  Bicycles rentals are still offered, but are only rented through Outside Palmetto Bluff, and are only available on a first-come, first-served basis.

-You WILL have access to the following amenities:
• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where you can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts, or play basketball or bocce ball.
• Access to make reservations at the Spa at the Montage Resort.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Riverhouse and Octagon, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, Fore and Aft, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.

Please note that the following amenities in Palmetto Bluff continue to be unavailable to our renters:  Access to the May River Golf Course, Moreland Amenities including the Moreland Pool, Bowling Alley, and Cole's Restaurant, The Montage Kid's Club, and The Shooting Club

We understand that these changes are sudden and inconvenient, and in order to continue to provide unforgettable vacations for our guests we are happy to provide information on third-party bicycle and golf cart rentals, private chefs, local tours and experiences, and our favorite bars and restaurants in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and the surrounding areas.

This three-story home in the beautiful and serene Moreland Village is a true Masterpiece!  It sleeps 10 with a second floor master bedroom and en-suite, with an additional two bedrooms on the third floor, each equipped with 2 queen beds and en-suites.  The HUGE living area is perfect for entertaining, and the screened-in porch and fire pit allows guests to experience the wonderful weather and natural beauty of the lowcountry!

Enjoy the beautiful screened-in porch featuring a built-in grill and serving area, seating for 10, and access to the backyard and fire pit area. The fully equipped kitchen offers  stainless-steel appliances including separate full-size freezer and fridge, range and hood, dishwasher, and a large island with bar seating for 3.
