This property is Ideally situated in the quiet West Wilson neighborhood, this new rental home is the PERFECT way to experience the beauty and serenity of Palmetto Bluff! The property is located across Palmetto Bluff Road from RT's Market and the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, and is a 10 minute leisurely stroll to The Montage or to the heart of Wilson Village. Make the most of the outdoors with a COMPLIMENTARY Golf Cart!
The main house is truly beautiful and features an open concept floor plan, perfect for entertaining. There is a large dining area and great room which features a gas fireplace. And for additional entertaining space there is a lovely screened in porch with a second gas fireplace. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream with 6 burner gas stove and pot-filler faucet. There are 3 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom plus convenient first floor half bath. The spacious first floor master suite offers luxury bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Upstairs are two queen bedroom suites each with private bathroom.
Our guests can choose to enjoy the living area of the main house, but also have the option of renting the private guesthouse. The additional living area, which is detached from the main house and above the garage, features a king bed and full bathroom. Guests who choose to rent the carriage house in addition to the main house will be charged an additional $100/night, and will be assessed an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please note in your inquiry whether you plan on renting the carriage house as well, so fees can be properly assessed

• Kayak, bicycle, and fishing equipment rentals (on a first-come, first-served basis), as well as boat trips and excursions through Outside Palmetto Bluff.
• Access to the Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club, where your Property Manager/personal Concierge can reserve tennis courts or pickleball courts on your behalf. You also have the option of playing croquet, basketball and bocce ball.
• Access to fine dining restaurants, Canoe Club, Cole's, River House, and Octagon.
• Access to any on-property food trucks.
• Access to casual dining at Buffalo's, and Canteen Restaurants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Access to RT's Market, Melt Ice Cream Shop, Buzz Coffee Shop, Hush Speakeasy, Boundary Bottle Shop, and Paris Market.
• Complimentary nightly S’mores at the fire pits outside the River House.
AS OF JUNE 16TH, 2023 GUESTS HAVE OPTIONAL ACCESS TO THE CANOE CLUB FAMILY POOL AND FITNESS CENTER and THE MORELAND POOL AND FITNESS CENTER at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.)
